2. Data we collect
- The details you enter in an enquiry form: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include about your business or project.
- The content of any email you send us.
- A record of your cookie choices, stored in your own browser.
- Short campaign labels from the link you arrived through, if that link contained them.

Some links to this website include short campaign labels in the address, such as utm_source, utm_medium or utm_campaign. If those labels are present, we keep only the labels temporarily in the memory of the page you have open. That way, if you choose to send us an enquiry in the same browsing session, we can see which link or campaign your enquiry came from.
These labels are not written to cookies, browser storage or files, are not linked to a visitor identifier, and are lost when you reload the page, close the tab or close the browser. We read only those campaign labels from the current address, not other parameters, the referring page or your browsing history.
They are sent to us only if you voluntarily submit an enquiry, and are then stored with that enquiry so we can understand its source. Please do not put personal details, names or email addresses into campaign links.
This is a small source label, not a visitor profile. It does not change your existing cookie choices: other services on this website may use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy, and that separate use is unaffected.

4. Who processes data for us
This website and the enquiry process rely on a few service providers. Each one processes data only as needed to perform its own function:
- Readdy — the website hosting and platform provider that serves this website and its pages.
- Supabase — the enquiry form and database service that receives and stores your submission.
- Resend — the transactional email delivery service that sends the acknowledgement and notification emails.
- Zoho Mail — the mailbox where notifications are received and where replies to you are sent.
- An optional chat widget, which loads only if you allow marketing cookies.
These providers act on our instructions for the purposes described above. No other use of your enquiry data is made by them for us.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any related work, and then remove it — unless we are required to keep it for accounting or other legal reasons.
6. Cookies
We use a first-party cookie to remember your consent choice. Optional cookies are described in our Cookie Policy and are only used if you allow them.
7. Your choices
