2. Scope of Services

We provide digital marketing services, including:

• Branding & Identity
• Website Development
• SEO Optimization
• AI Chatbot Integration
• Other custom digital marketing solutions

3. Use of Website

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute content without permission.

4. Engagement & Contracts

• Services are provided based on individual agreements between Lumenatio and the client.
• Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are specified in project proposals or contracts.
• Work commences after written agreement and, if applicable, initial payment.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All fees are agreed in advance and invoiced accordingly. All prices are in Euros (EUR / €).
• Payments must be made as per agreed terms.
• VAT applies where required under Estonian and EU law.

5a. Hosting & WebCare — Campaign Pricing

• During the Summer Campaign period (valid through 30 August 2026), the Hosting & WebCare plan is offered at a promotional rate of 9 €/month (regular price: 29 €/month).
• Clients who subscribe to the Hosting & WebCare plan during the campaign period will retain the 9 €/month rate for as long as their hosting plan remains active and uninterrupted. This rate is locked in at the time of subscription.
• Clients who subscribe after the campaign period ends (after 30 August 2026) will be billed at the regular rate of 29 €/month.
• If a client cancels their hosting plan and wishes to resubscribe at a later date, the promotional rate is no longer guaranteed and the standard pricing applies.
• Hosting is optional. Clients who choose to use their own external hosting provider will receive the website files for self-managed deployment. Setup, configuration, and ongoing support outside of Lumenatio infrastructure are not included in any package price.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Lumenatio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from marketing campaigns.
• Our responsibility is limited to the scope of agreed services.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate cooperation with written notice as per the contract terms.
• Completed work up to termination remains billable.

8. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise agreed, all project deliverables remain the property of Lumenatio until full payment is received.
• After payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client where applicable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts.
