Starting & scope

6 questions

How do I start?
Email contact@lumenat.io with your company information, services, usable photos and any optional style preferences. We review the brief personally and reply in writing with an initial homepage direction and an itemised quote. Everything can be handled in writing — no calls are required.
What is the initial homepage direction, and am I obliged to continue?
After reviewing your brief we can prepare an initial homepage direction — a limited homepage-level sketch of how the site could look — together with an itemised quote. It is not a completed free website and creates no obligation. The full build and the agreed revision rounds start only after you accept the quote in writing.
What content do I need to supply?
Company information, service descriptions, usable photos and any existing branding, plus optional style preferences. Formatting and light editing of the content you supply are included. Full copywriting, translation and photography are separate services.
What is included in a website project?
START at 390 € covers up to 3 compact pages in one language. GROW at 790 € covers up to 7 pages with tailored styling, forms, gallery and testimonials. PRO starts at 1,490 € with expanded structure, content, languages and integrations itemised in your quote. All packages include domain connection, launch checks, handover and 30 days of delivered-work defect fixes. Managed hosting is optional and not part of the package price.
How many revision rounds are included?
START includes one consolidated revision round, GROW two and PRO three, collected and handled in rounds as described in your quote. New pages, redesigns and integrations are quoted separately.
How long does a build take?
For a standard build we work with an estimate of 5–10 business days, counted from the point where the agreed scope, content and approvals are in place. It is an estimate, not a guarantee: larger scopes, additional languages or integrations take longer, and the timeline for your project is stated in your quote.

Pricing & payment

4 questions

What does a website cost, including ongoing costs?
Website packages are 390 € (START), 790 € (GROW) and from 1,490 € (PRO), excluding VAT — one-off project prices. The optional monthly plans are 9 €, 29 € and 79 € per month, excluding VAT. Domain registration and paid third-party services are separate. Every applicable cost is itemised in your written quote before you commit.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
Listed prices are business prices excluding VAT. VAT is added where applicable — the treatment depends on customer status and place of supply — and your final written quote itemises the applicable VAT and the total before acceptance. Existing agreements and subscriptions stay unchanged.
Are there additional or third-party costs?
Costs outside the agreed package scope — domain registration, paid third-party services, translation, full copywriting and ongoing SEO — are identified in writing before work starts. If scope changes later, the effect on price is agreed with you first.
What is agreed in writing, and how do payments work?
Scope, price, VAT treatment, timeline and payment schedule are set out in a written quote or contract. Work begins after written acceptance and, where applicable, the agreed initial payment. Payment is by bank transfer or card, with milestone-based payments possible on larger projects.

Ownership & hosting

4 questions

Do I own the website, and can I get the source code?
After full payment you own the commissioned website deliverables to the extent transferable, and exported website source code is available on request. Third-party software, assets and fonts keep their own licences. Export covers project source only and does not transfer hosted forms, databases, email, analytics, accounts or licences; deployment elsewhere, service migration and ongoing support are scoped separately. Full technical export limitations are set out in our Terms.
Is hosting required, and can I host somewhere else?
Hosting is optional. Lumenatio managed hosting starts at 9 €/month excluding VAT, or you can use compatible hosting of your choice. Exporting the source code is not a migration: forms, databases, email and other backend services are not moved with it, have to be arranged separately, and configuration may differ between environments.
What happens if I end managed hosting?
Hosting end date, cancellation notice and handover arrangements are confirmed in writing before you accept. Ending managed hosting does not revoke your paid deliverables or your right to request the source code, though your site then needs hosting elsewhere from the agreed end date.
Can I edit the website myself?
Self-editing depends on the platform and access agreed for your project, so we confirm in writing what is possible. If you prefer us to make the changes, small edits are covered by the optional Care and Growth plans within their stated time allowances, and anything beyond that is quoted before work starts.

Delivery & support

4 questions

Will my website appear on Google or bring more clients?
Every build includes basic on-page work: heading structure, page titles and descriptions, clean semantic markup, fast loading and mobile layouts. Rankings are decided by search engines and depend on competition and content, and enquiries depend on your market and how quickly you respond, so we do not guarantee rankings or a number of leads.
What happens after launch?
We run the agreed launch checks and arrange launch or handover under the hosting plan confirmed in your quote. Delivered-work defects are fixed free of charge for 30 days after delivery. Ongoing changes are covered by the optional monthly plans or quoted separately.
Do you use AI when building websites?
Yes, in a limited way: AI-assisted tools help with drafting, layout variations and content preparation. Everything is reviewed and edited by us before launch and AI output is not published unreviewed. Where a project includes AI features such as a chatbot, the scope and running costs are agreed in your quote.
How do we communicate during the project?
Enquiries are reviewed personally and answered by email to contact@lumenat.io. Scope, quotes and updates are sent in writing, and everything can be handled without calls. We are a small Estonia-based agency working remotely with businesses; the contracting entity and its registration details are in our Terms of Service.

Contracts, VAT treatment and the full technical export limitations are set out in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
